Fluorescence Module
The fluorescence module allows you to record a real-time, full scan spectrum in each culture flask from 340 to 780 nm at a 2 nm sampling resolution. Equipped with three variable intensity LEDs allowing for up to three fluorescent markers to be tracked per flask per experiment. Also featuring filterless, pre-set and customisable fluorophore band selection, automatic linear dark correction, ‘LEDs always on/off’ functions for optogenetics/luminescence measurements, and user defined gain and integration time for fluorophore detection optimisation.
