We’re thrilled to announce that ŌGI Bio has emerged as the winner of the Scotland heat in KPMG’s Tech Innovator in the UK 2024 competition! Competing against a field of exceptional companies, this victory highlights the exciting innovations coming out of Scotland and the hard work of our incredible team.
Our CEO, Alex McVey, had the honour of pitching our transformative technology at the KPMG office in Glasgow. The competition was fierce, with groundbreaking technologies from companies like runner-up Microplate Dx Limited, but we’re absolutely delighted to have secured our place in the UK finals!
A huge thank you to the judges for their thought-provoking questions and valuable feedback, which will help refine our pitch for the finals. We’re also grateful to KPMG for hosting the event and giving us the opportunity to showcase how ŌGI Bio is revolutionising microbial research.
